Sketchfab is a KitBash brand, so you may see KitBash on your receipts and billing emails.
What you currently receive after a payment
If you've made a Sketchfab subscription payment on or after August 10, you receive a basic receipt like the one below.
It shows your plan as a code. For example, SF-PRO-MO-I means Sketchfab Pro, monthly, and SF-PRO-YR-I means Sketchfab Pro, annual.

Until they're ready, you can get an invoice that clearly shows your name or your company's name by emailing [email protected] or messaging us through the chat on this page with the information below.
Please include everything listed. If any of it is missing, we'll have to ask you for it, and your request may not be handled in the order we received it.
1. Payment details (required)
The email address or username of your Sketchfab account
The email address of the PayPal account you paid with, if it's different
The date of the payment in PayPal
The amount paid
The PayPal transaction ID, if you have it.
To find it, log in to PayPal, go to Activity, open the Sketchfab payment, and copy the Transaction ID.
2. Billing details (required if you want them on the invoice)
Write these exactly as they should appear on the invoice:
Your full name, or your company or organization's legal name
Name of the contact person (optional)
Full billing address, including postcode and country
VAT number or local tax ID (for example NIP, Partita IVA, ABN, GST), if you have one
Company registration number, if you need it
We can only add details you send us.
3. One request per payment
Each invoice covers one payment. If you need invoices for several payments, such as monthly renewals, list each payment's date and amount (or transaction ID) in the same message.
Copy and paste this into your request:

Anything else that should appear on the invoice:
Need a correction?
If something on your invoice is wrong, reply to the same conversation and tell us what to change. We'll send a revised copy that replaces the original.
Managing your plan
To change your plan, go to Account Settings. If you paid with PayPal, you can also manage the recurring payment in your PayPal account under Subscriptions or Billing agreements.
