Using Collections

A complete guide to creating, managing, and sharing Sketchfab model collections and playlists.

Written by Noah

Collections let you group and organize 3D models from across Sketchfab, including your own work and models created by other users.

Creating and Adding Models to Collections

On any model page, click the +Add to button to save the model to an existing collection or create a new one.

You can create unlimited collections, and a single model can be added to multiple collections. Unpublished (Draft) models cannot be added to collections.

Viewing and Managing Your Collections

You can access your collections from your profile under the Collections tab, or directly by visiting: https://sketchfab.com/[username]/collections (replace "username" with your actual Sketchfab username).

To edit or delete a collection:

  1. Go to your Collections tab and select a collection thumbnail.

  2. Click the cog icon (Settings).

  3. Update the title and description, or delete the collection.

Deleting a collection only removes the grouping (it will not delete the individual models inside it).

Collection Privacy and Rules

Your profile’s Collections page is public. However, individual collections remain hidden from the public if:
