Step-by-Step Guide: Embedding Sketchfab Models on Squarespace

  1. Get Your Model URL or Embed Code

    • Go to your model page on Sketchfab.

    • Option A (URL): Copy the page URL directly from your browser's address bar.

    • Option B (iFrame Code): Click Embed (</>) below the viewer and copy the iframe embed code.

  2. Add an Embed Block in Squarespace

    • Edit your page or post in Squarespace.

    • Hover over the target section, click Add Block (or +), and select Embed from the block menu.

    • Click the Pencil icon on the new block to open the block editor.

  3. Paste the Content

    • If using the URL: Paste your model link directly into the URL field.

    • If using the Embed Code: Click Code Snippet (or Code in the mobile app), select Embed Data, and paste the iframe code into the text field.

  4. Save and Publish

    • Save your page changes to render the interactive 3D viewer on your site.
