MeshLab is an open source system for processing and editing 3D triangular meshes. It provides a set of tools for editing, cleaning, healing, inspecting, rendering, texturing and converting meshes. It offers features for processing raw data produced by 3D digitization tools/devices and for preparing models for 3D printing.
As of MeshLab 2016.12, you can upload a mesh in PLY format directly to Sketchfab.
Open Meshlab's Global Parameters Window, find the Variable Name "MeshLab::Plugins::sketchFabKeyCode" and replace the Variable Value "0000000" with your API Token.
When your mesh is ready to upload, go to Filters → Quality Measure and Computations → Upload to Sketchfab. Enter a title, description, tags and mark it as Private and Published if necessary. In most cases, you should leave Auto Rotate enabled. Then, click Apply and your model will be uploaded to your account.

I love how creative this is i want to upload this one but i dont know how
same
SAME I CANT LOLO
I wouldn't recommend using this upload method at the moment. It's probably best to export the model from Meshlab manually, then upload through the website.
@James - I've just stumbled across this method and I'm getting a failed to export message.
Hopefully this will be fixed as it seems like an amazing time saver.
Can you tell me more about the models you're uploading? The current upload function in MeshLab uses STL format, which doesn't support a lot of features like materials and textures, so I don't know how useful it would be :-\
I was hoping for it to export OBJ direct into from ML to SF but after reading you comment it looks like this isn't possible :( That would have been a great little trick.
Yeah OBJ (+ MTL + textures ) would be preferable, but the MeshLab team implemented the integration on their end, so they would have to update it.
