Any plans for Instagram or snapchat?

Nothing on the roadmap yet, but it's definitely something we're thinking about!

    Hi, James:

Instagram is rocking as is snapchat. Nobody under the age of 3o looks at Facebook anymore.

    Thanks,

    John P (member since 2015)

PS - while I have your attention, what does the business level get me? we have a start up that could do 500 additions  each weekend. Should I talk that through with someone?

    Hi John,

The Business plan allows you to upload larger files (up to 500MB), add more annotations (up to 50), and hide UI elements in the embedded viewer.

Happy to put you in touch with someone on our team if you need to discuss more.

Hi, since the new version (october-november 2017), the share model in draft version is missing ! Is it an issue because, we use it to share our work with our work's relations and we don't wan't to publish it in a private way. In this case we lose the mailing news to our followers. Wish this link will be back soon.

We have a fix on the way! Until then, you can simply copy the URL from your browser's navigation bar, or log out to get the link from the share popup. This bug is only affecting models on your own account while logged in.

By the way, it looks like almost all of your models are private. There are no short links (skfb.ly/xxxxx) for private models, so the share popup link will just be identical to the URL (sketchfab.com/models/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

Sorry about that! It's a known issue and we hope to get that fixed in the future. For now, can you just copy and paste the model URL to share on LinkedIn?

    Hi there,

It looks like you got it working with Collada (DAE) instead of OBJ? https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/sera-guner-7370654055ee431e832cd483441f63b8

I highly recommend exporting OBJ instead of Collada. I believe the reason your uploads failed processing was because you exported NURBS objects instead of polygon meshes.

In general I would recommend converting to meshes and merging them together based on materials before exporting, but simply changing that export option should be enough to make it work.
