Hello, I understand that there is no way to refund items bought from the store, but I was wondering if it was possible to refund a Sketchfab Plus subscription? I accidently paid for a yearly sub ($84) when I meant to just buy a month ($11). I have tried to cancel this subscription on my PayPal dashboard but found no way of doing so.

Hi, I am in a similar situation. I needed to upload a for an assignment as a one-off thing, but my file size was too large for the free version and there is no free trial for the other plans. I had to purchase the pro plan but wasn't able to cancel my subscription afterwards and got charged for the month. Am I able to please get a refund for this?
