Sketchfab is all about community. Beyond the option to comment on models, Pro members (and above) can interact with their followers or fans through the Contact button on their profile.
Once you click Contact, you'll be asked for your name and message. After completing this form, Sketchfab will send your message in the form of an email to the Sketchfab Pro (and above) user.
If you use the Contact button, your email will be revealed to the user you're contacting. You will not see their email address until they reply.
If you don't see a Contact button, the Sketchfab user has a free Basic membership. The best alternative to contact them would be to comment on one of their models. By default, the user should receive an email notification whenever someone comments on their models.

Is there a way to block other users from your page and profile?
@lmendelson No, there is not currently an option to block select users from your profile page. As an alternative, there is the option to make your models password-protected and private if that works for you.
I don't want my models to be discoverable (easily at least) through sketchfab, but I still want to embed them in my website.
@lmendelson You could always use the PRO membership to make your models private (unlisted or password-protected) and still embed them where you'd like.
Perfect! Thanks
we really need more ways to communicate between users. For example I have no means to contact users that add my models to a collection
Thanks for the feedback @3dtwins! There is always the option to comment on one of their models, if this case, if you'd like to contact them although I can see how that's not the best option. We're keeping our eye on this for future upgrades.
New. i made a drawing. want to share it. how? feel free to go look at it
"Sketchfab is all about community", let me fix that for you: "Sketchfab is all about the paying community", which is why only community member with paid membership can talk to each other. A joke. Because screw those who don't pay, those can remain isolated. I've never seen another website that does this.
