Changing your email
- Go to your Profile Settings.
- Enter your new email and current password
- Click Save Email.
- A link will be sent to the new address to confirm it. Please be patient as this may take a few minutes to arrive.
If you're having trouble changing your email address under Profile Settings, contact us with your username, your current account email address, and the email address you're trying to use.
Some email domains are not allowed because they are known to be "fake" email accounts associated with spammers. If you think a domain has been blocked but it should be allowed, contact us.
Changing your password
If you know your current password
- Go to your Profile Settings.
- Enter your current password and your new password twice, then click Change Password.
If you don't know your current password
- Go to https://sketchfab.com/login/reset-password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password.
- A link to reset your password will be emailed to you. Please be patient as this may take a few minutes to arrive.
If you have any issues completing this process, contact us.
Please note your API Token is reset whenever you reset your account password.
Password requirements
Your password must meet the following requirements:
- At least 10 characters long
- No more than 128 characters long
- Not containing your email address, username, or display name
- Not on a public list of common passwords
- Not the same as your previous password
Password-protected models may not use the same password as your Sketchfab account.

My Email always not receive the confirm mail...

Yeah same I can't receive a confirmation email either. System issue I think, you're not alone.

Looked in spam-mail category - nope
I created new other(second) e-mail... not helped.
Open scetchfab in other browser... not helped.
Yeah I just created a second email just now - nope
I've read this elsewhere that other people are having issues. If we all start submitting help requests on the same issue it should be addressed and fixed in no time.

Same problem. Just registered yesterday, been trying to confirm for hundred times, still no email received.
