Email & Password

You can change the email address associated with your account from the profile settings email page. Enter your new email, current password, and click Save Email. A confirmation email will be sent to the new address.

To change your password, go to the profile settings password page. Enter your current password and the new password twice, then click Change Password.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long.

If you've forgotten your password, just go to https://sketchfab.com/login/reset-password (Make sure you're logged out first!). Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password. A new password will be emailed to you. Please be patient as this may take several minutes to arrive. If you have any issues, please contact us.

You should clear your browser cache and cookies before trying the new password.

    Yeah same I can't receive a confirmation email either. System issue I think, you're not alone.

    Confirm mail not work, why?

    Looked in spam-mail category - nope

    I created new other(second) e-mail... not helped.

    Open scetchfab in other browser... not helped.

    Yeah I just created a second email just now - nope

    I've read this elsewhere that other people are having issues. If we all start submitting help requests on the same issue it should be addressed and fixed in no time.

    Same problem. Just registered yesterday, been trying to confirm for hundred times, still no email received.
