Your API Token is a randomly generated, 32 character ID linked to your Sketchfab account. You can use this token to authenticate requests to our API and other services such as exporters.
You can find your API Token under My Settings → Password & API.
Keep your API Token SECRET. Anyone with your token can make changes to your account and your models.
If you need to reset your API Token, you can do so by going through the password reset process. If you have any doubt about the security of your account, please feel free to contact us.

Hi
Is there a way to get a new token?
I need to dissable the existing one due to a security issue in my company.
Thanks.
@shanylazar - Yep we'll reset it for you ASAP. I'll follow up to your email when it's done.
That was quick!
Thanks!
Having a bit of trouble connecting to the Trnio app on my iphone 6. I have located my API token on Sketchfab but it constantly says "Error with token. Unable to verify Sketchfab token is correct." I have also tried emailing myself a token but it has never shown up.
@ThePhard - I also responded to your email. I wasn't able to reproduce this issue in Trnio. Have you contacted the Trnio team about it?
Hi
I am getting this message when trying to export from inventor:
"Unable to publish the model Please check your api token"
My api token is brand new as I have just registered the account half an hour ago.
Hi,
Is the model really complex? If you export it manually in DWF format, is it larger than 50MB?
Thank you for your reply. I tested now with a simple box and it worked. But then I tried again with "Make this model private" checked, and the error came back, so I guess that's the issue.
Ah I see. A Pro account or above is required to make models private: https://sketchfab.com/plans
I have no API in the API box in my settings. Where is it??
Sorry about that, it should be fixed now!
It is, thank you!
Hi. I have no level "token" Where is it?

Ark_9 The 3ds Max Exporter plugin does not require your API Token. Instead, you sign in using your email address and password in the "Authorize" section.
It's do not help.

Hmm. And you're sure the same password works on the website?
Yes I'm sure. Can u help me?
Sorry, I don't really know what could be causing that :(
Can you try changing your password? https://sketchfab.com/settings/password
