    You can manage your subscription through PayPal.

    Would like to check - say if I've signed up for a Pro Account for a month subscription and upload my 3D model. After a month my subscription ends. Will my 3D model still stored in Sketchfab database? Please advice soonest.

    1) Your subscription renews automatically (this is noted on the plans page, as well as the during the payment process). You can cancel/suspend it through PayPal.

    2) Your models will remain, regardless of subscription.

    If I use my pro model embed on my site , they will work the same even though I unsubscribed after a month or a year ?

    @FelipeVargas - Yes, your embeds will still work.

    However, if you had a Business account and then downgraded, you would no longer be able to hide UI elements in the embed. See https://help.sketchfab.com/hc/en-us/articles/203497057

    I very much want to upgrade to Pro but I don't use or ever plan to use PayPal.
    Why can't I pay with my credit card directly?

    Hey @james, paypal does not seem to work for me from within The system asks me to connect a card but i already have. Any clue? Thanks :)

    @craft3d That's strange. Could you try re-connecting the same card? Or log out of PayPal and log back in again?

    You should have received a receipt from PayPal. If you need an official invoice, let me know.

    huh - I do. What i received from Paypal is more likely a "credit card ticket", my accountant will surely want an invoice from the company which sold the licence (meaning you). Sorry for that, I wish I wouldn't have to boar people with that ^^

    Hey James,

    Has any other payment option been established other than PayPal? I saw your post from Feb 2016 saying that SketchFab was looking into it at that time. I am establishing a Biz account and I do not think we have a company PayPal account (and will likely not create one).

    Sorry for the long silence on that. We haven't implemented anything yet, but it is actually on the short-term roadmap now! I'll be sure to follow up here with any news.

    I just tried to upgrade to pro, but there is some problem with paypal.

    Can't pay thou I have money on my account. I have been in contact with paypal and they say that they the problem must be with you somehow.
