    Hi,
    in less than a week my pro subscription will end and I have a lot of private models. Will these stay private and will I be able to still access and/or change them?

    Hi,

    At the moment, nothing will happen. However, in the future we will likely "deactivate" models that use Pro features (i.e. private) on Free accounts until you re-upgrade or remove the Pro features.

    It looks like she hadn't confirmed her email address. I just confirmed it for her and upgraded the accounts.

    @keppo - what's your friend's username?

    It doesn't look like you uploaded using the 3D-Coat plugin ( https://sketchfab.com/exporters/ ). All the models on your account were uploaded through the website. Unless you deleted it?

    Also, I tried to buy a PRO plan and pay by PayPal but it wants me to add a credit card to my PP, I don't want to link my CC because I have some funds on PP account and I want to use it. Probably this is because auto-renewal plan, I would like to pay for a single year but PP won't let me..

    That person needs to confirm their email address from the email they received after signing up for the invite to count.

    We're looking into adding more payment options for paid plans!
