    Hello James,

    I invited 4 friends, they get a Pro account for 1 month but I didn't a PRO account (I think so). I’m a little confused about it, because next to my user name (chbenj1975) appear PRO in blue color, but when I’m moving to my models page, the PRO icon disappear.

    Could you help me with this please??

    @chbenj1975 - It looks like you already received the maximum of 1 year of Pro from invites in the past. Sorry for the confusion! I just gave you some more Pro time.

    well.. i suddenly become pro for idk reason, but i remember uploading my model trough substance painter, is it somethings to do with that??

    @AB_red Yep, you get 90 days of Pro for free the first time you upload directly from Substance Painter, as well as a few other tools. I'll make a note of it in this article.

    Hi James,

    I've bought one month PRO subscription yesterday, the transaction came through on paypal, but on sketchfab page the payment was being processed and nothing happened for a looong time. Right now my account is still basic, but the money has been removed from paypal. It might be because I have used different e-mail accounts for sketchfab and paypal.

    Can you help me?
