I like how I can finally have 3D models on my portfolio page on a wordpress.com website, although the portrait format that it gives is so ugly it takes up the whole length of my screen. :( is there a way to get around this?

@James that sounds awesome! I've also had a bit of an issue with aligning the sketchfab embed to the center of my post. Any type of edit I do to the link breaks it. Should I contact Wordpress?
    Thank you for your help.

@jessie.van.aelst - Yes, you may need to contact them. The embed aspect ratio is something we can adjust from our end, but that sounds more like a style issue on their end.

Alright, I've send Wordpress.com a tweet about it. Will update with more info once I have something.

Hello, I am trying to embed a model into my WordPress page with the embed code. I am working in Firefox. After putting the code in, the following message appears:

    "Firefox Can’t Open This Page

To protect your security, sketchfab.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."

When I view the page from another device, there is no image, just the hyperlinked model name. I do have the Sketchfab add-on installed and activated. Can anyone help? Thanks

    Hello,

Is there a page on your WordPress site I can look at?

Thanks! Sorry about that. There was a bug in the embed code popup. Can you try again? (You'll need to get the new embed code).

That worked, thanks! Was this something with all models or just this particular one? Anything I can do in the future if it comes up again?

It was unrelated to the model, there was a mistake in the embed popup in general. Nothing you can do on your end, it was a bug on our end. Sorry about that!
