With a community of millions of users (and growing), Sketchfab can always use help moderating our platform. We encourage our users to report to our team any users, models, or comments that would be considered abusive.
What does abuse include?
- Unacceptable content, including anything pornographic, dehumanizing, threatening, harassing, libelous, hate-oriented, harmful, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, or illegal
- Restricted content without the Restricted label applied
- Spam and/or solicitation of non-3D services
Report a user
If you've come across a Sketchfab user that is in violation of our policies, you can report them by hovering over the gear icon (to the right of the Follow or Contact button) on their profile and clicking the Report user option.
Report a model
If you find a model on Sketchfab that you think is violating our policies, you can report it right on the model page. Clicking the Report flag to the right and below the Sketchfab viewer will open a Support ticket to report the model properly.
Report a comment
if someone is leaving abusive or spam comments, you can report them by hovering over the gear icon to the right of the comment text and clicking the Report comment option.
Report a collection
If you find a Collection of models that is abusing Sketchfab's policies, you can report it by clicking the Report Collection button at the top-right corner of the Collection page itself.
